  Recipe by Cheffiona: Summer Potato Salad
  It's a good salad but a little on the tart side. Could back off on the lemon juice by half. And my tastebuds are thinking a little dill too.
  
  Gave the veggies a couple minutes dwell time at a simmer in the oil to take a little crunch out of them; a personal preference.
  
  Dressing is salty and tart by itself but blends well when potatoes are added.
