    Vegetarian Yam Fry

    Thought this was delicious and a keeper recipe for me, but did a couple of things a little different. I cubed the sweet potato so that it would be approximately the same size as the tofu. Also marinated the tofu cubes in soy sauce for about 10 minutes before frying separately from the other ingredients and then added them in at the end. Also sprinkled a bit more soy sauce on the top before serving. This stir-fry sure was a good side with egg rolls.
