Ooops!!!

    I wanted to set this up for people to give suggestions as to how to "fix" recipes if they've overcooked, over added an ingredient(s),over seasoned, etc. As silly as it sounds, I recently made the clam dip I POSTED,and have made 100 times, but when I went to add the worcestershire sauce, the "shaker top" came off and I added about 1/4 of the stuff! I had no extra sour cream to fix it. It was awful, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get the clam flavor back. I would've loved to log on and go to this site to get a tip :)
