Risotto al Salta

    I recently read an article praising the Milanese dish Risotto al Salta. I've only found 1 recipe for making it.

    Does anyone here have a passionate love for the dish? What are your preferences? Tips and tricks?

    I don't speak Italian yet but am going to pick up some cd's tomorrow to start learning. So, if you respond in Italian I will do my best to translate it to English - pardon my ignorance.
