  I like Grade B...best. It has more flavor, less refined.

  Did you see on Throwdown with Bobby Flay, the pancake episode where they made a maple butter with grade B? It looked incredible with the blueberry pancakes. They heated the maple syrup slightly and beat it into an insane amount of butter and it was mapley butter goodness on a hot pancake. YUM!!
