  I make mayo like you posted. I use Olive oil and I found this small juicer at a yard sale that I juice half an onion then run lemon trough to clean up the onion smell and some lemon juice for the mayo . The onion juice adds a awesome flavor. I got this idea from a Sauer Brand mayo called Bama that has Onion Flavoring as an ingredient
