The Freezer Cooking Manual from 30 Day Gourmet

    Have any of you ever heard of this book. Its about big cooking then freezing for later on. I haven't read it. Maybe one of you have.

    I've not read that one, but I've done a bunch of research on monthly cooking. Makes sense, especially if you have a large family. It's just DH and myself but I may give a go anyway.

    Rats. This manual was disappointing. Athough it has some terrific charts for equivalents and portion sizes. The recipes were not as good as I hoped they would be. They used a lot of pre-prepared sauces and canned goods. I didn't pay full price so I guess it was worth it.

Go see if your local library has it and if you like it as much as i do you can buy it on ebay that's where i got mine neway!! Hope this helps! Michelle
