storing muffins question

How do you store muffins w/ lots of moisture, as in muffins w/ fresh fruits or veggies? I've just had some problems w/ muffins going moldy before we could even eat them. Thanks a bunch!

I usually, once muffins have cooled completely is to place them in ziplock bags into the freezer. Then I take out the number I need. When you have gone to the trouble of making them (though muffins are super easy to make) who wants moldy muffins...so I always freeze mine. They keep super well.

Also keeping them in a large cookie jar or cake dish with lid (like you see in diners) is also a good tip.
