  I make this fudge for my neighbor for Christmas...
  
  
  Ingredients
  1 lb. Confectioners Sugar
  6 Tablespoons butter
  1/4 Cup milk
  1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa
  1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  1/4 Teaspoon salt
  1 Cup of chopped pecans - optional
  
  Directions
  In medium saucepan, heat all ingredients, except pecans, over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  Stir in nuts if you want them.
  Spread mixture quickly into buttered 9 x 9 pan.
  Cool and cut into squares.
