Let me think about this. There is a dish called Veal Oscar. It's veal cutlets topped with crabmeat and asparagus and a hollandaise sauce. If you think he might like this ,let me know and I will post a recipe!

Hmmm, lots of good recipes around for veal. One point I would bring up is that it's such a delicate meat that you have to be really careful not to overcook it. Veal Parmiagiana is delightful, I'll see if I have a recipe and will post it as well.

I have a great recipe for veal marsala if you're interested. If you're not familiar, it's a dish where the meat is lightly floured, sauted and then simmered in a marsala wine, green onion and mushroom sauce. Great with a salad, a pasta side dish and some good bread/rolls. It's easy to make and keeps the veal very moist. You can email me or leave a note on my wall if you'd like the recipe. I would love to hear how you decided to fix it and how it turns out! We love veal and I'm always looking for new recipes.

LOL, I meant to add that I love peppers and think that they would work with the marsala if it sounded good to you.
