    Good Morning Everyone.
    It's another picture perfect day. Wish I could freeze this moment and have it last thru out the day. It's in the low 70s(f) and is ideal for a walk however I'm not a 'morning' person and not quiet ready for that kind of activity just yet. LOL!

    Last night's dinner came out excellent. Even DH ate his entire meal! and indicated how much he liked it. I made a creamy chicken gravy using Better than Bouillon to make the 1 cup of stock needed instead of opening a 4 cup carton of broth. Made a rue, then added the broth and milk, and some parsley flakes. Steamed broccoli, carrots, and asparagus for the side.

    Not sure about dinner tonight but I have another chicken breast thawed in the fridge and should do something with it. I wouldn't mind a repeat of last night's dinner if DH is up for it. I still have some stuffing and gravy left.

    That's awesome Kimmer that your T. dinner was just about all eaten up. You did have a lot of food!

    It is 50 F outside and we just started the fire so it has made it up to 68 F inside.
    I have to get order out of chaos in the kitchen -- RV stuff was brought in and made a huge mess. I have to put cleaners etc. in the bathroom and if we go RVing in the spring we will buy new. COVID permitting!

    So far church is scheduled for Sunday. Attendance will be low, we are having communion, though. We are going week by week, will close if things take a turn for the worse. Two churches in town are closing for a while, some either have services or playing it by ear, as we do. Salvation Army is needing volunteers for bell ringing, but most of our members who ALWAYS help out are either ill and/or scared of COVID. I decided I won't do anything stupid, am shopping mostly online, but am not running scared to death. Taking precautions, no crowded parties and no busy restaurants, esp. those that cater to travelers.

    Meatloaf for dinner. Have to fry up another package of ground sausage for sausage gravy and biscuits later in the week -- the packages are thawed but I want to cook them ASAP so they stay fresh and don't have a chance to spoil.
