Good Morning All! and Happy Thursday.

Just finished cleaning up the turkey breast I cooked overnight in the crockpot. Woke up to a great smell! I'll portion it out later after it cools and freeze it. LD was happy to have indulged in a taste this morning too.
Low key easy day here. Nothing planned and hoping it'll be overcast later this afternoon making it ideal for a swim. Since I already have cooked turkey I think I'll do hot turkey sandwiches for dinner with broccolini on the side. DH will be here. I want to see the movie Lucky Logan but will probably wait next week during the week to see it.

What's everyone else up to?

My only accomplishment this morning was to clean a coupile of litter boxes and do laundry.. swept the back porch and bathroom floors also. Still have tons of laundry to do.

Wayne reminded me I rashly said how much better I feel eating breakfast so I had yogurt and a few walnuts. Am on my second cup of coffee and the drier beeped so there goes a relaxing cup of coffee. Sigh.

GS wasn't feeling well so he only swam an hour or so. Took him home. We ate supper at Crow Creek. My usual taco salad. Wayne had a double burger. Daughter has a bug of some kind and missed work, which she seldom does.

I let AC out and he freaked. Ran around in a panic and flew back inside when I opened the door. He is still totally frightened of something, probably a raccoon.

It is a blah day. We had 1.7 inches of rain. Badly needed. It is humid and hot. Must go get the drier unloaded.

About to go pick up Caiden's schedule and turn in all of his info they need. After that I'm going to come home and bake a chicken to make chicken salad that we can have later for dinner. Going to the movies after lunch to see the new Superman movie. Having meet the teachers tonight for both kids which they are super excited about but of course they are at the same time at 2 different schools, so that should be fun to figure out :\ why can't they make things easy on us lol?

Wow, Michelle good luck choreographing all the things you need to be done! I would be freaking out!

I hope your daughter feels better soon, Karen. Still very weird about AC freaking out when he goes outside. I hope you solve the mystery.

As I mentioned earlier to Linda, we are having a cold plate for dinner. I have the eggs cooked and cooled and the potatoes are cool as well. Now all I have to do is throw it together later on. I have to go out b/c I need a green onion for the potato salad but I might as well pick up things we will need that will be on the grocery list for Den on Saturday morning. I better get going.

It was such a good idea to cook the turkey breast in the crockpot overnight. I'll have to cook more things overnight.

I wish I knew what was bugging AC Karen when he goes outside. I thought cats were fearless and it's so weird he remembers whatever it was. It must have been pretty upsetting. Hope DD and GS both feel better. I'm not much of a breakfast person either, I feel better not eating breakfast.

Hoping you are getting everything done that you need to Michelle especially meeting both kids teachers tonight.

A cold plate would be nice since we had a rather heavy lunch. Or a salad. We have lunch deli meat, cheese, eggs, mango, raw spinach, butter lettuce, carrots, onion and green onion, too much pasta, and I have to check the garden tomatoes. So it might be a good idea to check my recipes or to construct salad / cold plate, whatever, with some of the above.. I think Wayne will growl bec he is not a salad person. Ha ha,

Been super busy with work stuff. Tuesday night my boss had a speaking engagements that he wanted me to attend too. We went out to eat before and out to eat after lol. Then last night he did an open house and informational session at one of our rehab houses (mid construction). Out to eat and drinks after. Lol. I was telling frank he always thanks me profusely every time I go to something outside normal work hours. 1 he pays me and 2 I always get a free expensive meal with drinks. Frank said just say your welcome. Lol
Tonight I have PT. The girls went to chipotle for dinner so I might just have cereal or something.
