40 people - apps to go w/ fish and gumbo

  My parents are having a fish fry. Down here it is super hot outside, and w/ people going in and out of my parents' house, it will probably be warm inside. I need something that will hold up well and not go bad - I'm making the coleslaw and desserts, but I wanted to bring an app or 2 as well. Thanks so much for your help!
