Pork Loin and Portobello Shrooms

    I know I should shut up and search for this ... but I'd like to know what folks think .... about the combination of pork and portobello mushrooms.
    A couple weeks ago we grilled with some friends. My wife put pork loins on the grill. A friend spread a bunch of portobellos on foil with onion slices and a little butter, folded it shut and put it on the grill. When I ate the meat and portos together I thought this is such a wonderful combination .... there must be a zillion recipes for the two together .... probably a long tradition ... and here I've been on the outside. lol
