  I had the pleasure of visiting the MANDARIN restaurants in Barrie and Toronto.
  Both were excellent, with a huge variety of foods to offer.
  Rows and rows of buffet tables offer everything from Hors'Deuvres, to sides, mains, and desserts.
  All I can add is, "I wish Muskoka would get one"!

  Thanks, Chef Elaine. Mandarin restaurants are one type of quisine that my area is sadly lacking in (although certainly not the only one). We do have one mandarin style restaurant in town, but it has been YEARS since I have been....maybe it is time to go back. ;-)
