home made sausages

    I have been trying to make sausages for my Muslim and Jewish friends ie cutting out the pork fat and have been experimenting with all kinds of ing. I have basically found that it doesn't really matter too much what you put in them as long as you have some sort of fat I've been using lamb and beef fat and although it's not quite the same as a good old pork banger as they tend to be a bit dry but there ok as long as you don't over cook them
