Green tomatoes

  Hi all,
  
  I've recently received a bunch of green tomatoes from my neighbor who's plant has so many they fall off! I did a search for recipes and came across one from ChefJeb, which I'll be trying, and I've added to the group. Are there other favorites that might not have come up in my search?
