    Hi,
    I'm new to this site. I am hoping that someone can help me. I recently entered a mushroom soup contest. I submitted a recipe and was selected. When I made the mushroom soup which has 2oz of sherry in it....it smelled awful. My husband bought me the sherry which was imported from India?!? Can anyone recommend a dry sherry brand for a creamy mushroom soup recipe. Thanks.
