Costillo or pork ribs recipe Help!

  Hi everyone! I used to eat at La Tasca in DC and on the menu they served these shortribs that were so tangy and delicious. I asked for the recipe which they would not give me. :( But they did tell me that they cook them stovetop all day long.
  
  I searched by the name of the dish and the only recipe I could find which I put in here is grilled.
  
  I searched by the spanish name and I can't read spanish to even know if the recipe exists. If someone has a recipe for slowcooked ribs spanish style could you post it? If not, could someone who reads and understands spanish search for a recipe in spanish and see if something out there is close cooking wise. Thanks!
