Trying to find recipe for rib dish

  When I lived in DC there was a Spanish Tapas restaurant chain called La Tasca. They made these ribs there that were so good and I haven't been able to recreate it.
  
  Has anyone ever had this dish and if so can you help me figure out how to make at home? Thanks!

I know when I asked at the restaurant for the recipe they wouldn't let me have it, but what they did say is that it simmered all day long in the sauce hence why they were fall of the bone tender.
