Favourite dressing for spinach salad...?

Hey spinach lovers...

Just wondering what everyone's favourite dressing to use on spinach salad is. For me it's usually a creamy poppyseed or a nice balsamic dressing. I also make a spinach salad w/ sliced strawberries, red onion, mushrooms and feta and top it w/ a berry balsamic dressing. I know it sounds strange but it is oooooooh so goooooooood. :)

Anyone have any good dressing/viniagrette recipes for spinach salads? I'm always on the lookout for good ones because the majority of my leafy salads are made w/ spinach.

I just joined the group (and am new to group recipes too). I don't have a vinaigrette recipe, but I just posted a spinach salad recipe I've been making for years. It's really good. When we go for a bottled dressing it is Girard's Spinach Dressing, but it is almost too sweet for me.

I make a spinach salad similar to yours except I use dried cherries or cranberries instead of the strawberries. I'll have to try it your way.
