  Welcome to the Sugar Buster's Group. I decided to start this group because I'm starting this diet at the recommendation of my physician.
  
  There is a forum for it, but they aren't that active anymore that I can see, but they have a wealth of information so definitely check it out. http://www.sugarbustersforum.com/forum/index.php?act=idx
  
  They also have recipes on that site too, but as this is my main cooking site I want to keep everything in one place for easy reference.
