Mother Nature is sweating....

  Mother Nature is incredibally smarter than the rest of us. How else can we explain the fact that such marvelously complementary crops as green beans and new potatoes, zucchini and oregano, tomatillos and cilantro ripen at the same time?
  
  These are among the foremost flavors of July, when beans, blueberries, "baby" vegetables and an assortment of herbs, squashes and smaller potatoes enrich local markets. These provide opportunities to make wonderful marinades, dressings, desserts and beverages. And the fruits and veggies themselves are marvelous.
