eat a lot...and lose weight?

    hi,
    i love food and usually feel unsatified with small portions. are there any great recipes where you can eat like a queen and not rack up the calories?

    I know salads and greens and foods like that....you can load up on great salads with "Follow Your Heart" dressings and lose those pounds...And you add a lot to salads.....Beets, carrots, peppers, mushrooms, onions, I also add avocado and raisins (just a touch_ and nuts, too and of course you can add other veggies....but getting out a bowl and putting in lettuce and starting there is great......I lost weight eating wonderful salads with forty calorie a slice orowheat wheat bread....
