Has anyone ever....Roater oven...

    Has anyone here ever done a turkey in a roaster oven. I am thinking of trying this, this year. So I can use my oven for other things. My turkey is always so moist. I am sure it will be in this oven roaster...just concerned about it browning. I love the skin....oh live a little, lmao.
    Any thoughts let me know.
    Directions say to add little or no liquid so it browns.

    You can do your dressing and potatoes in the crock pot ... I think Zena has one recipe.. Now I even do my cornbread dressing that way... and the potatoes... mash ahead and put in there up to 3 hours ahead of dinner... add butter at last minute.. We have learned to gather the crock pots at the holidays.. to save oven room!
