  last nite fixed a hoagie sandwich with marinaded flank steak. sliced thin on grilled hoagie buns with grilled pablano peppers, grilled jalapeno, grilled onions,provolone cheese,honey nustard sauce. very good
  marinade was red wine, soy sauce ,garlic powder,red pepper,Emirl essence.
