List your favorite food to make for someone special

  Hey! I am just curious as to what kinds of things your loved ones love to eat.
  
  Why don't you give me a couple of ideas and post the recipe or a link to it or even just name off a couple to start!

  I love to make anything with meat. I just moved to the east coast of Canada so there is an abundance of fish. Right now, my favorite thing to cook is fish.
