    Yep - I'm here in 'sunny' Staffordshire.
    When I get chance I'll post some recipes, but busy making blackberry vodka / strawberry vodka @ the moment to use up some fruit. Apples are nearly ready - we have a variety called 'Stirling Castle' which is quite rare, but produces big multi-use apples.
