Spring Roll Wrapper

Spring Roll Wrapper

  Okay I must have bought these on accident one day at the oriental store. I have Dry Spring Roll wrappers that are titled, "Banh Trang Monh Bong Lua" with symbols above. It basically says to just dip the spring roll in water and wrap. Can I not cook or fry with these? Or is this kind of like those Japanese wrappers they use for sushi?
