  It occurred to me that it would be a nice thread to post a resource for Indian/Middle Eastern foods. This particular web site has supplied me with hundreds of dollars of products that I was using in the past year as I was exploring the world of Indian cooking.

  I post this not as a recommendation necessarily, but is a great resource to go and find out what some of these weird ingredients are that are used in cooking Indian food, and Middle Eastern food. I like just browsing and learning about the different ingredients and their uses. I will post some other great resources for some hard to get spices. But for now, enjoy!
