It's snowing...What to bake?

  As soon as the first flakes begin to fall, I get into the kitchen and start baking. It's instinctive, I think and in the genes. Since I didn't get to make Christmas cookies this year, I am thinking of starting some today. What do you make when the white stuff comes?
