  Here is one I would like to recommend, I'm not finished but can tell you the author talks about everything you have ever wondered about and more I'm sure, starting with 'the socially acceptable sugar addiction' which really makes you see clearly what is happening, and in all honesty made me feel a bit guilty for some of the foods I did feed my son when he was a baby, but I didn't know any better and what can we do? we can't go back in time- but once we know it's our duty to teach our children and stop the 'poisoning' that is going on from being acceptable in our homes.
  
  The last chapter talks about this more although I haven't read it fully yet, the name of that Chapter is called Part 1X- The Home Front- Change Begins at Home.
  
  
  In between she also goes into detail about MSG, Diets ( She has some stuff to say about Dr. Phil) and Science Fiction Foods
