Sour Cream Apple Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon .
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1 1/2 c peeled cored & shredded apples (about 1 large apple) .
  • 1/4 c sugar .
  • 3/4 c all-purpose flour .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1 1/4 c sour cream .
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl, baking soda, sugar, mix flour, salt & cinnamon.
  • Step #2 In a medium bowl, mix apples, sour cream, egg & vanilla.
  • Step #3 Mix well.
  • Step #4 Add apple mixture to dry ingredients.
  • Step #5 Stir until just mixed.
  • Step #6 Lightly grease griddle or large skillet with butter or Pam.
  • Step #7 Heat griddle to 350-375 degrees, or heat skillet over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #8 Pour heaping 1/2 c batter onto griddle & cook this until bubbles form & tops look dry.
  • Step #9 (The time to cook may vary depending on how large you make your pancakes) It took mine about 10-15 mins on each side using 350 degree).
  • Step #10 Turn pancakes & cook this until golden brown on bottom.
  • Step #11 Serve with your favorite syrup & enjoy.
