Ingredients
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 to 2 1/2 c extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 to 2 tbsps pink peppercorns
  • 2 (6-inch) stems fresh rosemary
  • 4 to 6 goat cheese rounds (about 60 grams each)
  • 1 (1-quart) glass jar

Directions
  • Step #1 Stack goat cheese in a clean, red pepper flakes, wide-mouthed jar, layering with peppercorns, & rosemary.
  • Step #2 Pour oil over cheese to cover, screw lid on tightly, & chill in the fridge.
  • Step #3 When ready to serve, bring to about room temp.
  • Step #4 Serve on toasted baguettes or crackers.
  • Step #5 Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month in refrigerator.
