Step #2 Combine the first 6 ingredients In a large-ish bowl, & stir well with a whisk.
Step #3 Add pecan halves; toss well.
Step #4 Spread mixture evenly onto a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray.
Step #5 Bake at 350° for 12 mins, stirring once.
Step #6 Remove from oven, & sprinkle with salt.
Step #7 Cool completely.
Step #8 Note: Store in an airtight container in a cool, in the refrigerator for up to 3 months, dark place for up to one month, or in the freezer for up to 8 months.
