Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step #2 In roaster pan spray with non stick oil.
Step #3 Set aside.
Step #4 Put your chuck hamburger into large bowl.
Step #5 In another medium bowl put your 5 eggs & 1/2 c milk beat slightly.
Step #6 Add your saltine crackers to eggs, breaking them up into crumbs & mix well.
Step #7 Now chop up 1/2 red bell pepper & add to your egg mixture.
Step #8 Put rest aside for later.
Step #9 Chop up 1/2 green bell pepper & add to egg mixture.
Step #10 Put the rest aside for later.
Step #11 Add your yellow onion.
Step #12 Now mix all ingredients using your hands to mix.
Step #13 Knead your hamburger turning it to mix well.
Step #14 Place in roaster pan & shape into oblong roll.
Step #15 Sprinkle top with peppercorn.
Step #16 Cook in oven for 1 1/2 hrs Add 2 c of water & with brush coat the top this with ketchup.
Step #17 Slice & throw in the rest of your bell peppers.
Step #18 Top with a mix of potatoes & carrotts.
Step #19 Cook for 1 more hr.
Step #20 Let set for 10 mins before serving.
