• 1 c light mayonnaise .
• 1 (8 oz) package low-fat cream cheese .
• 3 garlic cloves, minced .
• 1 tsp lemon juice .
• 1 c V8 vegetable juice

• Step #1 In medium bowl, mix (or mix) cream cheese until smooth.
• Step #2 Gradually stir in the mayonnaise until well mixed.
• Step #3 Stir in V8 juice, garlic & lemon juice.
• Step #4 Cover up; put in the fridge until serving, at least 2 hrs.
