Step #1 Put half of the onions, half the garlic & the parsley in a mixer, blitz, add the egg & mix.
Step #2 Heat oil in a deep pan.
Step #3 From the mixture form meat balls about the size of a walnut.
Step #4 Deep fry them for 3 mins.
Step #5 Drain them.
Step #6 Shallow fry the rest of the onions & garlic till golden.
Step #7 Add the spices & cook 10 mins place the meat balls in the pan with spice mixture cover the pan & let simmer on low heat for 30 mins, stir this to prevent burning or sticking.
Step #8 Add the yogurt & cook for 10 mins.
Step #9 Serve with a chicken, or vegetable dish & rice.
