Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda .
  • 3/4 c strong coffee (brewed) .
  • 2/3 c sugar .
  • 1 egg .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract .
  • 6 tbsps butter .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 4 oz unsweetened chocolate .
  • 1 c flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 300F degrees F.
  • Step #2 Spray your 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick spray.
  • Step #3 Combine chocolate, butter & coffee in a pan over a low heat just until hot.
  • Step #4 add sugar, egg & extract to your chocolate mixture.
  • Step #5 remove this from heat & set aside.
  • Step #6 Mix together your flour, soda, & salt.
  • Step #7 add that into your chocolate-sugar mixture until creamy.
  • Step #8 Bake for 40 mins & enjoy :).
