Ingredients
1 c coconut milk .
1 stalk lemongrass, mixed .
5 tbsps vegetable oil .
1 whole onion, mixed .
salt .
3 chili peppers, mixed .
400F g prawns or shrimp, unshelled & leave the tail .
6 garlic cloves, mixed
Directions
Step #1 Sauté lemon grass, garlic, onion & chili with vegetable oil until its turned slightly brown or when you can smell the aroma.
Step #2 Add salt to taste.
Step #3 Then add in the coconut milk & stir until it's dried up.
Step #4 Lastly add in the prawns/shrimp.
Step #5 Cook until prawn is done.
Step #6 Ready to serve.
Step #7 This dish is meant to be dry & the sautéed ingredients will enhance the prawn's flavor.
