1 lb boneless pork chops or pork loin (Sliced into 1/8-inch thick strips) .
3-4 green lettuce leaves (for garnish)
Directions
Step #1 Grind the garlic & coriander root in a mortar or mixer.
Step #2 If using mixer, add just enough oil to aid in the grinding.
Step #3 Spread the garlic & coriander root mixture together with salt & ground white pepper over the pork & marinate them about 2 hrs at about room temp or overnight in the refrigerator.
Step #4 In a wok, heat oil on a high heat.
Step #5 Deep-fry the pork about 5 mins until they are cooked or become golden brown.
Step #6 Place the pork over lettuce leaves on a plate & serve this with rice.
