Step #2 Cover up & put in the fridge at least 2 hrs but no longer than 3 days.
Step #3 Shape two-thirds of the salmon mixture into a ball; place on serving plate.
Step #4 Shape remaining salmon mixture into a ball; place on top of larger ball.
Step #5 Cover up loosely & put in the fridge about 1 hr or until firm.
Step #6 Frost snowman with whipped cream cheese before serving.
Step #7 Garnish as desired with decorations.
Step #8 Serve with crackers, bagels or vegetables.
Step #9 About 3 c spread.
Step #10 Decorate with fresh rosemary, dried cranberries (crown); sliced olive pieces or raisins (eyes & buttons); carrot (nose); pimento or red bell pepper (mouth); radicchio or carrot ribbon (scarf); asparagus or celery (arms).
