Step #1 In a large bowl, baking soda, salt, sift together the flour, cocoa, & white sugar.
Step #2 To the sifted ingredients, add the 10 tbsps butter or margarine, vinegar, & warm water.
Step #3 Mix thoroughly, but do not beat.
Step #4 Pour batter into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Step #5 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)for 30 to 35 mins.
Step #6 Remove cake from oven, but keep it in the pan.
Step #7 Cream together peanut butter, milk, brown sugar, & 1/4 c butter or margarine.
Step #8 Spread icing onto cake.
Step #9 Place under broiler until brown & bubbly.
