Tikka Paneer With Sweet Chili Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 oz white wine .
  • 2 tbsps honey .
  • 1 tsp curry powder .
  • 8 oz panir, cut into cubes .
  • salt .
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar .
  • For the dip .
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced .
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil .
  • For the paneer .
  • 1 pinch chili flakes .
  • 1 tbsp plain flour .
  • 2 tbsps sliced fresh cilantro .
  • salt .
  • 1 tsp turmeric .
  • fresh cracked black pepper .
  • 2 tbsps cilantro, sliced .
  • black pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Put the flour, turmeric & curry powder into a bowl, add paneer & mix until coated.
  • Step #2 Heat oil & fry cheese until golden-brown Drain cheese & season this with salt & freshly ground black pepper.
  • Step #3 For the dip, put all of the ingredients except the cilantro into a saucepan & heat through for 5 mins, then stir in the cilantro.
  • Step #4 To serve, place the paneer onto a plate along with the dip in a small bowl.
