Olive Onion Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2/3 c cold water .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 3/4 c black olives, sliced .
  • 2 tbsps butter .
  • 1 tsp dill weed .
  • 2 c biscuit mix (Bisquick) .
  • 1/2 c sour cream .
  • 1 egg .
  • 2 c thinly sliced onions .
  • 2 tbsps parsley, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Chop parsley & set aside.
  • Step #2 Thinly slice onions.
  • Step #3 Mix biscuit mix with parsley & water.
  • Step #4 Spread into a 8x8-inch square pan.
  • Step #5 Sauté onions in butter until golden brown.
  • Step #6 Spice up with salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step #7 Combine sour cream, egg, dill weed, onions & olives.
  • Step #8 Spoon over bread mixture.
  • Step #9 Bake at 450° for 20 mins.
  • Step #10 Cut into squares to serve.
