Ingredients
  • 1 ts Bayou Blast; see Note
  • 1 Blanched ear of corn; kernels only
  • Freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper; seeded and sliced
  • 2 Italian plum tomatoes; peeled & sliced
  • 1 Green onion; finely sliced
  • 2 c Mayonnaise

Directions

  • Step #2 In a small bowl mix all ingredients; Spice up this with salt & 10 turns black pepper.
  • Step #3 This recipe yields about 3 c of Creole tartar sauce.
