Seafood Flatbread Recipe
from Oliver's restaurant in Cape Cod for a cheesey seafood pizza, featured in a Cape Cop travel mag- I had similar at The Red Lobster and know this is terrific!

Ingredients
  • 5 oz prepared pizza dough ( store bought is fine )
  • 2 oz coooked lobster copped
  • 4 uncooked shrimp ( 16/20 size )
  • 4 oz baby sea scallops uncooked
  • 1 oz roasted red pepper cut into strips
  • 3 extra large basil leaves cut in strips
  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup shredded asagio cheese
  • optional: chopped garlic

Directions
  1. Form pizza dough into an oval about 1/4 inch thick
  2. Brush with oil
  3. Arrrange seafood over dough
  4. Sprinkle with pepper strips and basil strips
  5. Top with cheese
  6. Sprinkle with garlic if desired
  7. Bake in a 450F oven about 10 minutes or lightly browned and cheese is melted
