Chewy Peanut Butterscotch Fudge Squares

- Crust: shopping list
- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 cups mini marshmallows shopping list
- 1/4 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 3 cups toasted rice cereal shopping list
- Fudge: shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 cups mini marshmallows shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups Nestle butterscotch flavored morsels shopping list
- 3/4 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- chopped peanuts shopping list
How to make it
- For crust:
- Melt butter over low heat in medium, heavy sauce pan.
- Add marshmallows and peanut butter and stir until melted.
- Remove from heat.
- Add cereal, stirring until coated.
- Press onto bottom of buttered 13"x9" baking pan.
- For fudge:
- Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt in medium, heavy sauce pan.
- Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add marshmallows, morsels, peanut butter and vanilla; stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows and morsels are completely melted.
- Pour over prepared crust.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts, press in lightly.
- Chill until set.
