How to make it

  • Add lemon juice, pepper sauce and salt to softened butter and whip until smooth.
  • Add oil to a sauté pan and bring to medium high heat.
  • Dip each fillet in egg and sauté for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Place fillet on plate and top with 1 ounce crabmeat and a dollop of lemon butter sauce.
  • Place under broiler for 1 minute then serve immediately.
