How to make it
- Add lemon juice, pepper sauce and salt to softened butter and whip until smooth.
- Add oil to a sauté pan and bring to medium high heat.
- Dip each fillet in egg and sauté for 2 minutes on each side.
- Place fillet on plate and top with 1 ounce shrimp and a dollop of lemon butter sauce.
- Place under broiler for 1 minute then serve immediately.
